Becky Nordgren is a wife, mother, and businesswoman. Her business background includes ten years as the owner of a local advertising agency where she handled the marketing for over 20 small businesses. Becky currently works as a marketing representative for Fuller Medical Equipment Company in Gadsden.
Becky was elected to the Alabama House of Representatives in 2010, and is currently serving her first term in the state legislature. During that time, Becky has been a conservative voice for the people of Etowah and DeKalb counties. Her priorities include economic development and local job growth within District 29, protecting Alabamians from the encroachment of the Federal government, crafting responsible state budgets, and market-oriented healthcare reforms.
During her first term in the legislature, Becky has been a strong advocate for ethics reform, cutting wasteful spending, state’s rights, and the 2nd Amendment.
Becky has been married to Eric Nordgren for over 25 years. Together, they have three children. Their oldest child Eric Nordgren, Jr., a graduate of Birmingha-Southern College, is 24 years old and is Practice Manager for two Pain Physician Clinics. Miles Nordgren, their second child graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in 2014, and was drafted as a pitcher by the Minnesota Twins. Millicent Nordgren, their youngest child, is entering her senior year at Gadsden City High School.
